Oyster Variety Flatbread
Ingredients
½ lb of oyster variety or any mushroom variety
2 tbsp of Kerrygold butter
Naan of your choice
1 package of goat cheese
½ cup of mozzarella
2 shallots sliced thin
Pine nuts
Balsamic glaze
Arugula
Basil Olive Oil optional
Preparation
Saute mushrooms and shallots in pan
Crumble goat cheese evenly on Naan bread to your liking
Sprinkle mozzarella on top
Top with mushrooms and onion
Add pine nuts and basil olive oil
Salt and pepper to your liking
Place on pizza stone or baking sheet and place in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
When remove from oven, top with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze
