Biscuits, Pink Oyster Mushrooms and Gravy
Ingredients
½ lb pink oyster mushrooms chopped
12 biscuits – bakery guy
1lb ground breakfast sausage
2 cups milk
1 serving of Chicken bouillon
4 tbsp flour
Pepper to your liking
Preparation
Cook biscuits according to package
Sauté sausage and oyster mushrooms together in large skillet
Once browned, add flour
Stir until grease is absorbed
Add milk and bouillon along with pepper to taste
Stir over medium low heat until gravy thickens
Add more milk to desired consistency
Spoon over warm biscuits
