Lion’s Mane Cream Sauce
This cream sauce is semi-homemade and super simple! We love putting this over fish and goes well with pasta too!
Ingredients
½ lb Millbrook Mushroom Lion’s Mane rough chopped
4 tbsp of Kerrygold herb butter
2 shallots thinly sliced
½ can of cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cup of whole milk (coconut milk works great too!)
Salt and pepper to your likening
Preparation
Melt the Kerrygold butter in saute pan
Saute shallots and liion’s mane over medium heat
Once mushrooms are sauteed and brown, add cream of mushroom soup and milk and stir until creamy consistency. Add more milk if necessary.
Season with salt and pepper
