Lion’s Mane Cream Sauce

This cream sauce is semi-homemade and super simple! We love putting this over fish and goes well with pasta too!

Ingredients

½ lb Millbrook Mushroom Lion’s Mane rough chopped
4 tbsp of Kerrygold herb butter
2 shallots thinly sliced
½ can of cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cup of whole milk (coconut milk works great too!)
Salt and pepper to your likening

Preparation

  • Melt the Kerrygold butter in saute pan

  • Saute shallots and liion’s mane over medium heat

  • Once mushrooms are sauteed and brown, add cream of mushroom soup and milk and stir until creamy consistency. Add more milk if necessary.

  • Season with salt and pepper
