Alfredo Sauce with Blue Oysters

You can’t go wrong with any Alfredo sauce for pasta tortellini’s, on fish, chicken, vegetables or a topper for anything.

Ingredients

½ lb Millbrook Mystic Mushrooms Blue Oysters
½ cup of butter
2 cups of heavy cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup parmesan cheese grated
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • In medium saucepan, on medium heat, melt the butter and add the blue oysters. Add the heavy cream and whisk until melted=

  • Add garlic, salt and pepper to your liking

  • Continue to whisk until smooth and add grated parmesan cheese
