At Millbrook Mushrooms, we are focused on growing the best quality mushrooms, from start to finish. We source our ingredients and materials from all over the United States (American made!) including Arkansas, Texas, Colorado and Maine.

A lot of our mushroom spawn comes from North Spore mushrooms out of Maine. They have superior quality and help us produce the most amazing, beautiful mushrooms.

We love growing numerous varieties of culinary and wellness mushrooms on our farm. Every single one of them have their own unique, beauty and we are always in awe during the harvest. They truly provide a sense of wonder - mystical - on how they come to life. That is where “Mystic” comes from for Millbrook Mushrooms.

And when we create that perfect mushroom, we smile, knowing it was grown with a lot of effort and much love. But most importantly, we take pride in knowing we provided the best environment & farm for the mushroom to become a Millbrook Mushroom.
