So what do you do with your mushrooms?
We get so many questions about the uses of our mushrooms. Many say they are so beautiful that they don’t want to use them. We think they are beautiful too but then again, we are biased :-). We enjoy eating all of our mushrooms and incorporating them in many traditional dishes.
We have also branched into tinctures and started venturing into the wellness aspect of mushrooms. And we are exploring other uses of dehydrated mushrooms so more to come.

Below is a smoked mushroom soup with our Golden Oysters and we used Italian Oysters to make a mushroom stroganoff. Delicious!

Not only do we love cooking with our mushrooms, we also love dehydrating and creating tinctures which are full of goodness for your body. We are currently in love with our Lion’s Mane extract.
