Chef Misti Norris being a James Beard Award Finalist comes as no surprise. Petra and the Beast stands out as one of the most distinctive restaurants we've visited, challenging your taste buds with a variety of delicious dishes made from locally sourced ingredients.
Chef Misti prioritizes sourcing from local farmers, emphasizing seasonality, whole utilization, fermentation, and sustainability in every aspect of her culinary offerings at the restaurant. Her staff is exceptional, well-versed in every detail of the dishes served, not to mention their innovative cocktail creations!
We were fortunate to have the opportunity to take our daughters, Morgan and Macy, to this amazing restaurant while they were home from college.
The Millbrook Mushroom pakora is a beloved dish among patrons, and Brittany showcases its excellence beautifully in the video below. We, of course, couldn't resist taking a photo of its delicious creation when we enjoyed it as a family.
