Our very first restaurant - Bin 303!

As regulars who enjoyed date nights at Bin 303 after church on Saturdays, Bin 303 had become a cherished spot for us.

Our journey with Bin 303 began when we introduced our farm to Randy, the exceptional staff member and bartender, who connected us with Chef Ruben. After a promising initial conversation with Chef Ruben, we visited Bin 303 one afternoon for a late lunch.

I’ll never forget the first time we met Chef Mat, owner of Bin 303. Chef Mat personally delivered our meal, and during our warm conversation, we shared our farm’s story. Chef Mat resonated with our passion, remembering how he sacrificed many times (and still does) for his passion - Bin 303. Intrigued by our mushrooms, he expressed interest in exploring them further.

The opportunity to work with Bin 303 gave us butterflies in our stomach, considering their impressive network of purveyors. After the following week’s farmers' market, we delivered a Chef’s Box of a variety of gourmet, culinary mushrooms to Chef Mat to experiment with our mushrooms and we couldn’t have been more grateful for the consideration. Since then, we've proudly supplied Bin 303.

Bin 303 was our first restaurant to welcome us, and we are deeply grateful to Chef Mat for giving us the opportunity to be part of his remarkable establishment.

The Lord has blessed us abundantly and opened doors we once thought were out of reach. We remain committed to walking in faith, trusting Him to guide us on our journey. Regardless of your beliefs or faith, if you have a passion for something, pursue it with determination. Opportunities will arise if you’re willing to step through them.
