Yes, you heard that right! Millbrook Mushrooms has been serving a few restaurants in Arkansas since the New Year and we are so honored!
Kyle and I love Arkansas and consider Hot Springs home as well. It was only fitting to introduce Millbrook Mushrooms to our community there.
We are beyond grateful to the numerous Chefs and restaurants who have welcomed us into their establishment and family.
We are highly appreciative of Chef Joshua Garland at DONS Southern Social for giving us the opportunity to provide our gourmet culinary mushrooms for his restaurant. His menu is one of a kind with such extraordinary culinary masterpieces! The Speak Easy is a unique experience; everyone is astonished by the atmosphere, the customer experience, and every single item Chef Joshua has in store for his guests.
You can also enjoy Millbrook Mushrooms at Cafe Mi Armor! Wow, what a gem of a place that a good friend of ours, Chef David Hoffman introduced us to in Hot Springs. On many days, there are lines out the door. They have an abundant amount of vegan dishes throughout their Cuban-inspired cuisine! It’s no wonder they have 4.8 star reviews…if you have never been, you have to go see Cecile and Hunter.
You can also find Millbrook Mushrooms at 501 Prime and the Bourbon Bar. We love that Jake and his team highlight the many farms and purveyors who serve their restaurant. To be listed amongst other farmers and purveyors means the world to us. Every single item on the menu is phenomenal and of course, any meal with mushrooms to us is icing on the cake! If you are into Bourbon, the Bourbon Bar has the largest selection of Bourbons in Central Arkansas and offers the same menu as 501 Prime.
Our other favorite spot in Hot Springs is Luna Bella. We are frequent customers of Luna Bella as it is right near our home and to have the opportunity to provide Chef Tiffin with our farm fresh mushrooms meant so much to us. From appetizers to entrees and spectacular specials, you cannot go wrong with any item on the menu. Chef Tiffin recently created a Beef Short Rib with Millbrook Mushrooms and wow - what a work of culinary art with raving reviews by Luna Bella guests. Check it out below!
